Got the Degree

On May 13, 2017 I walked the stage in the Redwood Bowl at Humboldt State University, shook the school President’s hand, and recieved my Environmental Studies diploma (well diploma cover… they mail the actual diploma later). It took four years and a part time job, but I’ve completed my Bachelor’s requirements and I’m excited to continue my career path in social justice and environmental advocacy.

Just wanted to write this shout-out to all my incredible and supportive professors, to my family, and my friends who embarked on the same journey. Thank you. A million times thank you, and that’s still not enough.
