Volunteer at the Pacific Union School garden
January – May, 2017
Duties included working with students in grades K-8, creating lesson plans for the 45-minute gardening classes for a range of topics including gardening 101, food basics and food justice, health, and cooking. We built a compost area, transferred plants, sprouted seeds, and performed regular garden maintenance.
